During your initial Ayurvedic consultation, your individual constitution and current state of imbalances will be evaluated using several assessment methods such as pulse reading, tongue examination, discussion and astrological chart analysis.
Individual recommendations may include changes in your diet, lifestyle and herbal formulas. Pranayama (breathing exercises) and meditation may also be prescribed along with Ayurvedic therapies.

Follow-up consultations are extremely important for your health management. This is the time to review and make necessary changes to your Ayurvedic program, gain more knowledge of Ayurveda and renew your commitment to your health.

Ayurvedic Therapies:
Abhyanga
Abhyanga is an Ayurvedic warm oil massage. The oil is medicated with herbs depending on your condition and constitution. Abhyanga is one of the most effective therapies to pacify Vata dosha. It helps cure orthopedic injuries; promotes tissue and organ regeneration; stimulates the circulatory system; strengthens the lungs, intestines and bones; helps with insomnia and exhaustion; and regulates the digestive system.
Ayurveda says that oil is to the body what love is to the soul. Abhyanga is a great therapy to nourish new mothers and babies. It also gives strength to anyone who has gone through a difficult time, restore vitality to the elderly and aids in the healing of disease. Abhyanga can truly benefit anyone!
Shirodhara
Shirodhara is a continuos flow of warm oil onto the forehead. Shirodhara is excellent to nourish the nervous system and to promote tranquility. It helps with insomnia, memory loss, headaches and mental tension. It improves mental clarity and intellectual capacity.
Marma Therapy
Marmas are vital energy points located on the surface of the body, they are the Ayurvedic acupressure points. There are 117 main Marma points, or Marmani.
Marma therapy can either pacify or stimulate Vata, Pitta and Kapha dosha; this treatment enhances organ functions, stimulates metabolism, releases blocked energy and calms the mind.

- Follow-up Consultation: $75 (45minutes)
- Follow-up Consultations: $390 (6 visits)
- Abhyanga: $75 (1hour)
- Shirodhara: $90 (45 minutes)
- Bliss Treatment (Abhyanga with Shirodhara): $150 (90 minutes)
- Marma Therapy: $70 (45 minutes)
